We have square tables, rectangular tables and bar height tables. All of our tables are standard sizes, but, the best way to figure out your specific setup is to do a walk through, Wednesday -Thursday, 4:30pm-6:30pm.
After you conduct a walk-thru, you should have a clear understanding on how to setup your event. You do not need to schedule an appointment for a basic walk through.
Outside food is allowed for a $25 service fee
Wine and Beer are available for purchase, must be 21+ years of age and older.
All events before 6pm have a hard stop at 5PM.
Example: The event end time is the “out by” time. If the rental period is 12pm-5pm, that means you check in the facility at 12pm and you’re out by 5pm. Therefore the actual event should most likely start at 1pm with an end time of 4pm to allow enough time for setup, breakdown, cleanup and exit. The client is responsible for leaving the facility in the same manner in which it was delivered.
A mandatory clean up fee can be assessed for your event. Most events with an anticipated head count greater than 30 people will have a $50 clean up fee added to the total.
Clients can select a breakdown and cleanup fee for an additional $75-$104
Each additional hour $75/Hr after midnight until 1am
Mandatory bartender required if serving alcohol. $125 will be added
BYOB Fee $100 to bring in Spirits Only. Wine & Beer must be purchased through the venue for Missouri City and Sugar Land.

Extra setup time is available on the front end for no more than one hour prior to the rental start time at a rate of $50/hour.
Example. If your rental period is 7PM-Mid, you can add an extra hour on the front end for an additional $50, to start your rental period at 6PM.
